Nickel wire mesh

Nickel wire mesh is primarily used for screening, gas and liquid filtration, and separation in acid and alkaline environments.
There are five methods for weaving nickel wire mesh, including plain weave, twill weave, plain Dutch weave, twill Dutch weave, and reverse Dutch weave. The specifications of nickel wire mesh range from 1 mesh to 330 mesh.
Nickel wire mesh exhibits excellent corrosion resistance and acid-alkali resistance. It is mainly used for screening, gas and liquid filtration, and separation in strong acid and alkaline environments.
The main weaving processes for nickel wire mesh are plain weave, twill weave, and herringbone weave. The specifications of plain weave range from 1 mesh to 200 mesh. The weaving characteristic of plain weave is that the density of warp and weft wires is the same per inch.
The specifications of twill weave range from 1 mesh to 220 mesh. Twill weave has better tensile properties than plain weave. The specifications of herringbone weave range from 45 mesh to 800 mesh. It can achieve a filtration accuracy as low as 20 μm, which is not achievable by plain weave and twill weave.
The production of nickel wire mesh can be customized according to customer requirements, including wire diameter and mesh size. Pure nickel filter mesh is mainly used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and aerospace.
Nickel wire knitted mesh, also known as pure nickel wire foam mesh or pure nickel wire foam catcher, is another type of nickel wire mesh. It is a special knitted mesh made of pure nickel wire. It is used in applications such as foam removers, gas-oil processors, internal combustion engine filters, and dust filtration in special manufacturing environments. The standard width of the mesh ranges from 25mm to 600mm. The mesh size and filtration accuracy can be produced according to customer requirements.
