Molybdenum wire mesh
Molybdenum wire mesh is a square mesh with a filtering unit consisting of square openings. It has a tightly woven structure that is resistant to deformation and is easier to process compared to molybdenum plates.
The commonly used specifications for molybdenum wire mesh are from 0.3 mesh to 400 mesh, with widths ranging from 5 to 2000 mm.
Molybdenum Wire:
Molybdenum wire is primarily used in molybdenum furnaces and high-temperature fields in electron tube sockets. Molybdenum wire is a refined form of molybdenum rods and is available in various types such as white molybdenum wire, black molybdenum wire, spray molybdenum wire, and wire-cutting molybdenum wire. Molybdenum wire is commonly used as a heating element material for high-temperature furnaces and as heating wire mesh for support materials.
Applications:
Molybdenum wire exhibits excellent properties such as resistance to acids, alkalis, high temperatures, and wear. It is used in industries such as high-temperature electric furnaces, petroleum, chemical, food, pharmaceuticals, and mechanical manufacturing.
